Through its subsidiary, PT. TRIAGUNG JAYA ABADI, that engages in power provider, vessel service & maintenance, construction and equipment rental, currently we are seeking for high qualified professional to fill the following position to support our project which based in East Kalimantan.
Currently we are seeking for suitable candidate to fill the following position:
Area HR Coordinator
Kalimantan Timur - Handil
Responsibilities:
Bertanggungjawab terhadap semua fungsi sumber daya manusia pada proyek perusahaan di wilayah (generalist) dan bertindak sebagai perpanjangan tangan Divisi HR pada proyek perusahaan di wilayah tersebut.
Requirements:

Minimum lulusan S1 Manajemen SDM, Hukum, Pendidikan, atau sejenis.
Minimum 3 tahun bekerja pada bidang yang sama.
Berpengalaman dalam menangani fungsi Industrial Relation, Payroll, HR Administration
Memiliki keahlian dalam memimpin dan melakukan proses coaching & counseling.
Lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman di daerah Kalimantan.
Saat ini berdomisili di area Kalimantan akan lebih diutamakan
Bersedia ditempatkan di Handil (East Kalimantan)
